Message	to much higher stress than 45 degree angles. The front of the tanks have two 45 degree 'radius' plate welds in them to form the tank and it is much stronger. Bell Intercoolers are very good ICs and they are standing behind their product. They aren't going to be charging us anything to take care of this and it looks like they will be redesigning the endtatnks.
